Shipping Policy

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once your order is processed, based upon the product, they are dispatched either directly by our select customized apparel service providers, vendors or from our local inventory/internal warehouse. We do not have any in house manufacturing unit currently. We stock certain products in our local inventory. All our products are sourced from external vendors and have been thoroughly assessed for quality.

  • When shipped from our local inventory, our delivery service providers then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

  • When shipped, directly by our customized service providers or vendors, delivery service providers will be chosen by them. We will assist you for any delivery issues if you are unable to receive your order.

What are the estimated delivery times?

  • Depending on the nature of product, orders are generally dispatched by our customization service providers, vendors or from our internal warehouse through our courier partners within 3-4 working days. Highly customized products can take 2-4 week to dispatch. Pre-Orders will be shipped at a later date scheduled as per the nature of the product. The delivery usually happens within 1 week after dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, delivery can take between 5-10 working days based on the delivery network of our vendors or courier partners.
     

How will I get my tracking ID?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Our current products have free shipping. New customized products launched in future can have shipping charges. Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services under certain circumstances and would be communicated at the time of order processing.

How can I change or cancel my order?

  • It's better to contact us within 12 hrs once you place the order if you want to change or cancel it. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

  • This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different vendors or different timings. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

Do you ship outside India?

  • We have started international shipping for select products via India Spee Post / EMS. We would not be responsible for any lost shipments or mishandling of the parcels sent via the courier channels. The international buyer takes complete risk of delivery of the parcel.
