Cancellation and Refund Policy

Return Policy

1. Products are returnable within the appropriate return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or faulty

2. Return will be processed only if:

a) it is found that while in your possession, the product was not damaged

b) the product is not modified from what was shipped to you;

c) the product is returned in unused condition (with MRP tag intact, manufacturer’s box, and all the accessories therein).

3. Products may not be eligible for return in some circumstances, including instances of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect product ordered or incorrect model or color of the product ordered.

4. Products listed as “non-returnable” on the product description page cannot be returned.

5. Additional information is not required to return a suitable order unless and otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.

6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact item is in stock.

7. If the replacement request is placed and if the exact product is unavailable in stock, we will provide a refund.

Note: If you have received a non-returnable product in a faulty/damaged condition, you can reach us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

 

Refund Policy

 

1. Refund is available for all the prepaid orders made through Debit card, Credit card, Net banking Account (credited to the bank account).

2. If the regular time frame has elapsed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for further information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.

3. If the payment method, which was used to make the payment for the product (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, the refund will be issued through a demand draft/bank transfer.

4. If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, the refund will be issued through a demand draft.

5. We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, the refund will be initiated.

6. For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
